1. WHO WE ARE

PitchDraft is operated by PitchDraft.co, accessible at pitchdraft.co. Contact: heyobliq@gmail.com

2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

• Account data: name, email address, firm name, and password (encrypted) when you create an account.
• Usage data: proposals generated, subscription tier, proposals used this month.
• Content data: the client briefs and proposal text you input and generate. This is stored to power your proposal history feature.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Logo uploads: stored securely in our file storage system.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and usage patterns via standard web server logs.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

• To provide and improve the PitchDraft service
• To process payments via Stripe
• To send you transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use your proposal content to train AI models
• We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent

4. AI PROCESSING

Your client briefs are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate proposals. Anthropic processes this data subject to their own privacy policy and API terms. We do not store your briefs beyond what is needed to display your proposal history. You can delete your proposal history at any time from your account page.

5. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Your data is stored on Supabase's infrastructure, hosted on AWS. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

8. COOKIES

We use essential cookies only — for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

We use the following third-party services:

• Anthropic (AI generation) — anthropic.com/privacy
• Browserless (PDF generation) — browserless.io/privacy

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice in the app. Continued use of PitchDraft after changes constitutes acceptance.
