1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account and using PitchDraft, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. THE SERVICE

PitchDraft provides an AI-assisted proposal generation tool for independent consultants. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be 18 or over to use PitchDraft. One account per person — you may not share accounts or resell access.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use PitchDraft for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service
• Use the service to generate content that is fraudulent, misleading, or harmful
• Resell or redistribute access to the service
• Attempt to circumvent payment or subscription restrictions

5. YOUR CONTENT

You retain full ownership of the client briefs you input and the proposals generated. By using PitchDraft, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for reviewing proposals before sending them to clients. PitchDraft generates AI-assisted content — we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated proposal for your specific situation.

6. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER

Proposals generated by PitchDraft are AI-assisted starting points. You should review and edit all proposals before use. PitchDraft is not a law firm, accountancy, or professional services firm. Nothing generated by PitchDraft constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

7. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

8. FREE TIER

The free tier allows 3 proposals per month. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time. The free tier is for individual use only — not for agency or team use.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The PitchDraft name, logo, and underlying software are our intellectual property. You may not use them without permission. The proposal templates and generation system are proprietary — you may not copy or reproduce them.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PitchDraft and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify PitchDraft against any claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
